DaWane Wanek, is the blog moderator. He launched is Toastmaster career back in November, 2016, prior to the roll-out of Pathways in District 33. At some point, he decided to work both programs in parallel.
DaWane has achieved dual DTMs via the traditional route and via Pathways. He has completed Level 5‘s in Leadership Development, Team Collaboration, Visionary Communication, Strategic Relationships, Presentation Mastery, Motivational Strategies, Engaging Humor, Dynamic Leadership, & Effective Coaching. This blog was part of his Visionary Communication – Level 4 requirements.
