In the back of the CC manual, the meeting roles and club officers roles were documented and explained which was very helpful to new members. With Pathways, how are new members getting this information?

The current Pathways curriculum does not reference information that’s readily available elsewhere on the TI website. Most choose to point new members to:

https://www.toastmasters.org/membership/club-meeting-roles

or

https://www.toastmasters.org/leadership-central/club-officer-tools/club-officer-roles

…then we make sure that they spend time with their mentors to discuss further.

  1. I also believe the Navigator is a good starting reference point for new members. Our club lists and explains the meeting roles on the back of our agendas.
